InstaJam Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 18, 2026
InstaJam (“the app”) is a guitar instrument app made by Jesign (“we”).
Information we collect
None. InstaJam does not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal information.
- The app does not require an account.
- The app does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.
- The app does not access your microphone, camera, contacts, location, or files.
Information stored on your device
Your settings (for example chord sets, custom chord sets, tuning, capo, and display options) and the songs you add are saved only on your device so the app remembers them. They are never sent to us. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
Chord charts
The app downloads its list of chord charts and chart updates from our website (instajam.pixelatedcoder.com), which is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any website, Cloudflare receives your device’s IP address to deliver these files; no other information is sent. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
YouTube
If you link a YouTube video to a song, the app plays it with YouTube’s embedded player, which uses YouTube API Services. The video is loaded directly from YouTube, and YouTube may collect information as described in the Google Privacy Policy. By using this feature you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. We do not receive any of this information.
Children
InstaJam is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If a future version adds features that collect data (for example anonymous usage statistics or ads), we will update this policy and the app’s store listing before that version is released. The effective date above will change.
